Clients must bring the following items when signing up for new client services or recertification (we recertify all clients every June):

Food stamp paperwork OR

Proof of Residence for the entire family (or anyone living at the address that you will be adding) using any of the below documents: 

Current Lease
Current Mail
Utility Bill
Medical Bill

We are unable to accept driver's licenses for proof of residency.

The documents listed must show NAME, ADDRESS and DATE (date must be current). 

We are on site for client assistance:
Thursdays 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Last client intake at 6:45 pm
All other times by appointment only
